READING AND WRITING

On Tuesday we read about the story of Rosa Parks and the origin of the racial equality movements in the United States and did some comprehension exercises for a selectivity exam.It was a bit difficult for me to read some parts, however I did the exercises well.

On Wednesday we did the writing of the same selectivity exam, the question that was raised was if there was any type of discrimination in our society. I followed the structure of the debate essay. It is a topic from which I can draw arguments, it seems simple compared to other topics that are more complicated for me.

On Friday we formulate questions based on phrases and words from the text about Rosa Parks and we begin to review the vocabulary of unit 3: Out and About.
